Who: Any Senior (Or Person) who needs assistance with balance, is unable to stand for long periods, and needs a modified exercise program.
What: 30 minute workout designed around the specific needs of Seniors, that allows for sitting and/or balance with a chair.
When: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1:00pm

The program uses:
Stretching- to promote range of motion and a healthy lymphatic system.
Balance- to promote neuromuscular efficiency and ward off accidents such as falls.
Strength Training- to ward off muscles loss and promote quality of life and independence.
These exercises are given in a steady pace to provide cardiovascular benefits without over taxing the cardio-respiratory system.
Each exercises can be modified to the specific abilities of each individual.
